Peter Moore (born 1940) is a Welsh serial killer who owned and managed a number of cinemas in North Wales. He murdered four men in 1995. Due to his attire he was dubbed the man in black. Although Moore was successful when distributors sent films to multiplexes he started losing trade. It was even suggested that he killed to forget his financial problems (at least in part).
