Robinson (born May 22 1969) is the Presiding Bishop of the United Episcopal Church of North America Bishop Ordinary of the Missionary Diocese of the West and rector of St. Paul’s Anglican Church of Prescott Arizona which is part of the Continuing Anglican movement. He was born in Scunthorpe Lincolnshire England.
