Pemra Özgen (born 8 May 1986 in Istanbul) is a Turkish tennis player.Özgen has won seven singles and 20 doubles titles on the ITF tour in her career. On 30 September 2013 she reached her best singles ranking of world number 209. On 14 October 2013 she peaked at world number 179 in the doubles rankings.Playing for Turkey at the Fed Cup Özgen has a win–loss record of 35–33.Özgen is an alumna of Istanbul Bilgi University.
