Peggy Sue Got Married is a musical adapted from the Francis Ford Coppola film of the same name. The book was written by Arlene Sarner and Jerry Leichtling music composed by Bob Gaudio with lyrics by Jerry Leichtling. The musical opened in the West End in August 2001 starring Ruthie Henshall as Peggy Sue of the title and earned her an Olivier Award nomination for Best Actress in a Musical.
