The Pedder Building (traditional Chinese: 畢打行; simplified Chinese: 毕打行; Mandarin Pinyin: Bìdǎ Háng; Jyutping: bat1 daa1 haang4) located at No.12 Pedder Street in Central Hong Kong is a historic commercial building. Built in 1923 (elsewhere noted as 1932) it is the last surviving pre-World War II building in Pedder Street.It is listed as a Grade II Historic Building.
