Paul Ryan (born September 23 1949 in Massachusetts) is an American comic book and comic strip cartoonist. Ryan has worked extensively for Marvel Comics and DC Comics on a number of super-hero comics. As of 2013 he pencils and inks the daily comic strip The Phantom for King Features Syndicate.
