Paul Kwong (Chinese: 鄺保羅) is the second Archbishop and Primate of Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui and Bishop of the Diocese of Hong Kong Island. He was elected and consecrated the bishop of the Diocese of Hong Kong Island Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui on 30 December 2005 and 25 March 2006 respectively. Following his consecration Kwong took up the post of coadjutor bishop until the retirement of his predecessor the Most Reverend Peter Kwong.
