Paul Carrington Edmunds (November 1 1836 – March 12 1899) was a U.S. Representative from Virginia.Born at Springwood the country estate near Halifax Court House Virginia Edmunds studied under a private teacher. He was graduated from the University of Virginia at Charlottesville in 1855 and from the law department of the College of William and Mary Williamsburg Virginia in 1857. He was admitted to the bar the same year and commenced practice in Jefferson City Missouri.
