Patrick Thaler (born March 23 1978) is a World Cup alpine ski racer from northern Italy. Born in Bolzano South Tyrol he specializes in the slalom. Thaler competed for Italy at the 2006 and the 2010 Winter Olympics but failed to finish the slalom in both Olympics.Thaler has three podium results on the World Cup three third place finishes in the slalom—twice at Kitzbühel Austria and once at Val d’Isère France.
