Patrick Robert Pat Powers (born February 13 1958 in Los Angeles California) is a former volleyball player from the United States. Powers was a member of the American Men’s National Team that won the gold medal at the 1984 Summer Olympics.Powers who prepped at Santa Monica High School transferred to USC after helping Santa Monica College win the 1977 state J.C. title. He lettered three years at Troy (1978–80) as the Trojans won the 1980 NCAA title and were runners-up in 1979.
