Tricia Pine is a former beauty queen from Medford Oregon who works as a weather anchor and opera singer.Leines won the Miss Oregon 1996 title as Miss Tri-Valley. She had placed first runner-up the year previously as Miss Rogue Valley and competed at the Miss California 1994 pageant as Miss Orange County Regional but did not place.
