In Greek mythology the name Parthenos (Παρθένος virgin) may refer to:Daughter of Staphylus and Chrysothemis sister of Rhoeo and Molpadia (Hemithea). After a suicide attempt she and Hemithea were carried by Apollo to Chersonesus whereupon Parthenos became a local goddess in Bubastus.
