Paracoumaryl alcohol also called p-coumaryl alcohol 4-coumaryl alcohol 4-hydroxycinnamyl alcohol or 4-(3-hydroxy-1-propenyl)phenol is a phytochemical one of the monolignols. It is synthesized via the phenylpropanoid biochemical pathway.
