Palestinians in Jordan refers to those of Palestinian ancestry living in Jordan. They or their ancestors came as Palestinian refugees.In Jordan there is no official census data for how many inhabitants are Palestinians but they are estimated to constitute more than half of the population which in 2008 amounted to about 3 million. Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics put their number at 3.24 million in 2009.
