It is held annually at Rosehill Racecourse in Sydney in the autumn. Total prize money for the race is A$175000.The winner of this race receives automatic entry to the ATC Golden Slipper Stakes and the race is the last prep test due to the same distance and usually held one week before the Golden Slipper Stakes.
