The Paektusan Ch’ŏngnyŏn Line is an electrified standard-gauge secondary line of the North Korean State Railway running from Kilchu on the P’yŏngra Line to Hyesan on the Paengmu Line. The former name is the ‘Hyesan Line’.A yellow background in the Distance box indicates that section of the line is not electrified; a pink background indicates that section is narrow gauge 762 mm (2 ft 6 in); an orange background indicates that section is non-electrified narrow gauge.
