Paddy ‘Icy’ Lanigan (born 1881) was an Irish hurler who played as a goalkeeper for the Kilkenny senior team from 1904 until 1914.Lanigan made his first appearance for the team during the 1904 championship and became a regular player over the next decade. During that time he won six All-Ireland winner’s medals and six Leinster winner’s medals.At club level Lanigan enjoyed a successful career with Erin’s Own winning two county club championship winners’ medals.
