The Parish of the Our Lady of Peñafrancia is a Roman Catholic Parish located at Naga City Camarines Sur in the Philippines. It is under the jurisdiction of the Ecclesiastical Province of the Archdiocese of Caceres. The parish was formerly the old home and sanctuary of the miraculous Our Lady of Peñafrancia which is considered to be one of the largest pilgrimages in Asia.
