The Ottawa Panhandlers’ Union (French: Syndicat des clochards d’Ottawa) is a union for panhandlers formed in Ottawa Canada in early 2003. It is a shop of the Industrial Workers of the World (IWW) Ottawa-Outaouis General Members Branch.
