Olomoucké syrečky (Czech pronunciation: [ˈolomou̯tskɛː ˈsɪrɛtʃkɪ]) or olomoucké tvarůžky ([ˈolomou̯tskɛː ˈtvaruːʃkɪ]) is a ripened soft cheese made in Loštice Czech Republic which is very easy to recognize by its strong scent and yellowish colour. It is named after the city of Olomouc.
