OBS Gyeongin TV is a South Korean regional television station covering Gyeonggi Province Incheon and since 2011 Seoul. It is the only private terrestrial commercial broadcaster with no regional network affiliate unlike other terrestrial networks. LCN is 8-1 and the call sign is HLQS-DTV.
