NTT Shining Arcs is a Rugby Union Team owned by NTT Communications and is part of Japan’s Top League Competition. The current coach is Masato Hayashi the previous Head Coach of Keio University Rugby Team.The team is based in Ichikawa city Chiba in the Kantō region.
