North Cyprus Airlines (Turkish: Kuzey Kıbrıs Hava Yolları (KKHY)) was founded by the Turkish Cypriot government of the de facto Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) shortly after the bankruptcy of Cyprus Turkish Airlines in June 2010.According to Turkish Cypriot authorities 60% of all shares will belong to the private sector and 30% will be owned publicly.
