Norman Park Ramsey (September 1 1922 – June 15 1993) was a United States federal judge.Born in Fairchance Pennsylvania Ramsey was a U.S. Marine Corps First Lieutenant during World War II from 1943 to 1946. He received an LL.B. from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1947. He was a law clerk Hon. W.C. Chesnut U.S. District Court District of Maryland from 1946 to 1947. He was an assistant U.S. Attorney of the District of Maryland from 1947 to 1950.
