Norman deSilva (born August 20 in New Bedford Massachusetts) is a former NCAA basketball player and Assistant Coach for the Utah Flash of the NBA Development League (NBADL). In 2005 de Silva signed with NCAA Babson College. He started at point guard his freshmen year and led the league in assists in his sophomore season while also leading the nation in turnovers.
