Niyogis are a sect of Brahmins who are predominantly speakers of Telugu Kannada Marathi Bengali Oriya and Hindi Languages. Large number of Niyogis are found in Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. However they are widely spread across Karnataka Maharastra chhattisgarhOdisha Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh. Their origin is rooted to European and Western Asian region consisting of Romans Greeks Germans and predominantly Persians.
