Nimbin is a chemical compound classified as a triterpenoid isolated from Azadirachta indica (neem tree). Nimbin is thought to be responsible for much of the biological activities of neem and is reported to have anti-inflammatory antipyretic antifungal antihistamine and antiseptic properties.
