Nikolay Onufriyevich Lossky (Russian: Никола́й Ону́фриевич Ло́сский; December 6 [O.S. November 24] 1870 – January 24 1965) was a Russian philosopher representative of Russian idealism intuitionism personalism libertarianism ethics Axiology (value theory) and his philosophy he called intuitive-personalism. Born in Latvia he spent his working life in St. Petersburg New York and Paris. He was the father of the Christian theologian Vladimir Lossky.
