Nikita Howarth (born 24 December 1998) is a New Zealand Paralympic swimmer. On her debut at the 2012 Summer Paralympics Howarth became New Zealand’s youngest ever Paralympian at age 13 years 8 months. In 2013 she won a gold medal and a bronze medal at the IPC Swimming World Championships in Montreal.Howarth was born in Hamilton with a bilateral upper limb deficiency; both her arms end below the elbow and she has no hands.
