Ng Moon Hing (simplified Chinese: 黄满兴; traditional Chinese: 黃滿興; pinyin: Huáng MǎnXīng) (born 12 November 1955) is the 4th Anglican Bishop of West Malaysia since 5 May 2007 succeeding Lim Cheng Ean.He obtained a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from Monash University Australia in 1978 and became a civil engineer.
