The New York Apple Core is a Junior A ice hockey team from Long Beach New York playing in the Eastern Junior Hockey League. The team plays home games at The City of Long Beach Arena. The Apple Core organization also fields teams in the Empire Junior B Hockey League and Continental Hockey Association as well as youth hockey select teams at the Bantam Peewee and Squirt and other various levels.
