The New Communist Party of the Netherlands (Dutch: Nieuwe Communistische Partij Nederland NCPN) is a communist party in the Netherlands. The NCPN was founded in 1992 by communist hardliners (so-called horizontals) who disagreed with the decision of the CPN to merge into GreenLeft. Through the Stichting HOC (Foundation HOC) the NCPN releases the monthly newspaper Manifest.
