Neon (Celeste McCauley a.k.a. Celeste Rockfish) is a fictional character in the 30th and 31st centuries of the DC Comics Universe and a member of the Legion of Super-Heroes. She first appeared after the Five Year Gap in Legion of Super-Heroes (vol. 4) #6 created by then-inker and co-writer Al Gordon.Celeste is the niece of long-time Legion rival Leland McCauley.
