Neil Cochran (born 12 April 1965 in Torphins Aberdeenshire) is a retired medley and freestyle swimmer from Scotland who won two bronze medals for Great Britain at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles California. He did so in the 200 m individual medley and in the 4×200 m freestyle relay alongside Paul Easter Paul Howe and Andrew Astbury.
