Neasden Power Station was a coal-fired power station built by the Metropolitan Railway for their electrification project. It was opened in December 1904. The Neasden site was alongside the Metropolitan Railways existing depot and workshops.The station was commissioned in 1904 with three British Westinghouse turbo-generators rated at 3500kW each. Two 5000kW sets were added five years later.
