Neal Peters McCurn (b. 1926 in Syracuse NY) is a federal judge for the U.S. District Court Northern District of New York. Judge McCurn graduated from Syracuse University with an A.B. in 1950 and Syracuse University College of Law with an LL.B. in 1952. He was nominated to the court by President Jimmy Carter on September 28 1979 to a new seat created by 92 Stat. 1629 confirmed by the United States Senate on October 31 1979 and received his commission on November 2 1979.
