NBC News Radio is the radio service of NBC News a division of the NBC Television Network owned by NBCUniversal and distributed by Westwood One.This service has its roots in the NBC Red Network. Launched in 1926 it along with the NBC Blue Network were the two original radio networks of the National Broadcasting Company and the first two commercial radio networks in the United States CBS Radio having been established a year later.
