The National Library of Malaysia (NLM) is a MS ISO 9001:2008 certified library establish under the National Library Act 1972 (Act 80). The NLM’s building design is based on the concept of the traditional Malay headgear the Tengkolok which is a symbol of intellectual pride and respect in Malaysian culture.
