The National Coalition Government of the Union of Burma (NCGUB; [pjìdàʊɴzṵ mjəmà nàɪɴŋàɴ əmjóðá ɲʊ̰ɴbáʊɴ əsója̰]) was an administration claimed to be the government in exile of Burma. It has its headquarters in Rockville Maryland United States. On 18 December 1990 the National League for Democracy (NLD) and the other opposition parties of Burma elected Sein Win a first cousin of Aung San Suu Kyi as the NCGUB’s prime minister.
