Narcilina Narci Aracely Montoya is a fictional supporting character appearing in comic books published by Azteca Productions. Created by Richard Dominguez the character made her first appearance in El Gato Negro #1 (October 1993). Daughter to José Villar Uribe Montoya the Minister of Finance at the Banco de la Republica de Colombia in Bogotá Narcilina was born with the proverbial silver spoon in her mouth.
