Nalpha-Diethylphenylethylamine (Nα-DEPEA) is a close chemical analog of methamphetamine. It was originally patented by Knoll Pharma as one of several analogs for pharmaceutical applications. In animals models these analogs showed properties of cognitive enhancement and increased pain tolerance.
