Nacolomab tafenatox is a mouse monoclonal antibody designed for the treatment of colorectal cancer.[citation needed] The antibody itself nacolomab is fused with enterotoxin A from Staphylococcus aureus (which is reflected by ‘tafenatox’ in the drug’s name).
