Moseley v. V Secret Catalogue Inc. 537 U.S. 418 (2003) is a United States Supreme Court case holding that under the Federal Trademark Act of 1946 also known as the Lanham Act a claim of trademark dilution requires proof of actual dilution. This decision was later superseded by the Trademark Dilution Revision Act of 2006 (TDRA).
