Morbe Dam is a gravity dam on Dhavari river near Khalapur Raigad district in the state of Maharashtra in India. Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran started the construction of Morbe dam in 1999 so that water can be supplied to Nhava Sheva region and NMMC area. MJP is a leading organisation under the Maharashtra government that supplies water to rural and urban parts of the state.
