Moqueca (IPA: [moˈkɛkɐ] or IPA: [muˈkɛkɐ] depending on the dialect also spelled muqueca) is a Brazilian recipe based on salt water fish stew in coconut milk tomatoes onions garlic coriander and some palm oil(dendê).
