Monica Marie Márquez (born 1969) is an associate justice of the Colorado Supreme Court. Previously a Deputy Colorado Attorney General she was appointed by Governor Bill Ritter to the Supreme Court in 2010 to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Chief Justice Mary Mullarkey. She was sworn in on December 10 2010.
