Momir Bulatović (Cyrillic: Момир Булатовић) (born 21 September 1956 in Belgrade Serbia FPR Yugoslavia) formerly served as a Yugoslavian and Montenegrin politician. Bulatović became federal President of Montenegro (1990–1998) while Montenegro was part of a Yugoslav federation and also Prime Minister of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (1998–2000). He led the Democratic Party of Socialists of Montenegro (DPS CG) successor to the League of Communists of Montenegro from 1989 to 1998.
