Modern Greek (Greek: νέα ελληνικά or νεοελληνική γλώσσα Neo-Hellenic historically and colloquially also known as Ρωμαίικα Romaic or Roman and Γραικικά Greek) refers to the dialects and varieties of the Greek language spoken in the modern era.
