MLS Cup 2005 the 10th edition of Major League Soccer’s championship match was played between the New England Revolution and the Los Angeles Galaxy to decide the champion of the 2005 season. The game was played at Pizza Hut Park in Frisco Texas on November 13 2005. In a rematch of MLS Cup 2002 Los Angeles Galaxy again beat New England Revolution 1–0 in overtime this time on a goal from Guillermo Ramírez. Ramirez had been benched during the season for lack of goals.
