The Mizuno Shinryū/Jinryū (神竜 Divine Dragon) was a late-World War II Japanese rocket-powered suicide/interceptor concept. With Japan’s situation worsening the project never proceeded beyond the initial phase of development possibly due to more prominent projects; J8M/Ki-200 Kikka and Ki-201. Its canard design was advanced for its time which was Japan’s second plane in history to be designed in a canard concept after the J7W1 Shinden.
